 ABOUT THE ORDERS OF THE ORDERS

Orders are requested from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am. At 7:00 p.m. (Peruvian time) may be dispatched within the next 4 hours.

ORDER TIME SCHEDULES

- Hours 1:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

- Schedule 2:
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 90:00 am to 3:00 pm They will be received in advance and with COURIER AVAILABILITY

After the delivery, the Floreria will send an e-mail / sms or contact the customer via telephone, indicating the conformity of the same.

The customer is responsible for the information provided to La Floreria. Any error or omission in the delivery address or in the name of the recipient is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Daily dispatches to the province. Delivery time of 5 to 7 calendar days. Dispatches via Olva Courier.

DESPACHOS ON SPECIAL DAYS

For shipments during Valentine's Day, Secretary's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, we recommend placing your orders 72 hours in advance. On these dates not delivered orders at fixed times, but in the range of schedules.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices of our products. It is advisable to review the delivery costs and the districts to which we arrived.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are sent to the specified address, the next business day wing resection of the customer order.

ABOUT CHANGES

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request the exchange of another product of equal or greater value if the contact within 12 hours of receiving the order. All costs incurred are the new sent by the client.

If the product arrived in poor condition, Rosabel Florist will meet you at the address where the delivery took place and change it for the same product in excellent condition within 8 hours of receiving the change order.

ABOUT RETURNS

Changes were made due to manufacturing defects or if the product was not what the client requested in your order.

The product must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use and carry their ticket sales Rosabel Florist. Once received and after verification, Rosabel Florist send, without charge, replacement of the request or, alternatively, refund the total amount depending on the mode of payment chosen.

Only admitted returns of defective products and incorrect shipments, provided when communicating in a period no longer than 8 hours of receipt.

ABOUT REFUNDS

In the event case of exhaustion of stocks of one or several of the products ordered Rosabel florist will contact the customer to inform you of the lack of stock, or otherwise arrange a new delivery date.

If we could not fill one or all of the products ordered, we guarantee full reimbursement of the cost of your purchase, even when it has been debited from your payment method.
If the purchase had been made by credit card, we note that although the operation of repayment was made as soon as the customer is notified, occasionally Repayment will be reflected only in the next statement of your card.
